New Commercial Trip Limits for Grouper

Just got my Gulf Council Update in the mail that says that trip limits have been lowered from 10,000 pounds to 6,000 pounds starting Jan 1.
This is great news for the grouper rebuilding and its nice to see some stonger limits put on the commercial sector.
