What's the going rate on reworking these reels?
I have two, one with broken foot and the other sometimes doesn't want to click to reengage the spool after I cast it?
Any rec on who does these? Any thoughts on Rivers?

By broken foot, are you referring to the piece that goes into the reel seat? If so, you'll probably have to replace the frame. The one that doesn't want to engage will probably be fine with a good cleaning and lubrication. Ambassadeurs are known for the engagement mechanism sticking because of old, dried grease.
Johnny Rivers does good work. Bill Colson, located at Kevis's, also does good work. The last I heard It cost somewhere around $20 to $25 dollars to have a reel cleaned and serviced. Any parts needed would be additional.
Rivers, or Colson, might have a used frame for a 4600C.
