Another reason I love Shimano

I needed a few small parts for an older Shimano reel that I have. Just various small screws and springs that I had lost or damaged. I gave Shimano a call to order, they had the parts in stock and because they were inexpensive parts they said they were happy to ship them out to me at no cost.

I love me some Shimano. :smt007

Sounds like a good deal....Think we could pool our resources and build a reel out of free parts :o

Both of you have several screws, washers, spacers, and springs missing. Neither of you is held together very tight. :smt005

I just bought a my first two Shimanos. About $35 a piece at Walmart. I doubt you guys use the econ line of the brand, but if they hold up, I will probably buy a couple more of the top o the line models.

T/C I think I might belong to that loose screw club, too. :-D

Shimanno Symetre, $79.99, as good as a $140.00 Stradic.
Spend no more.

Agreed, I was looking for the new Inspira too but I want to at least see one before I buy it. I haven't found a store with one -or the EF20.
Any ideas?

I bought two Spheros 4000 FA's early last summer..Think they were about 85 bucks apiece including tax...I used them extensively the rest of the year and am perfectly satisified with them..If I was gonna buy another spinning reel tomorrow it would be the Shimano Spheros...
I have a couple older Shimano baitcasters...have also served me well..My son in law that bass fishes a lot must have 15 Shimano baitcasters..
