I assume he says that for two reasons about 1 1/2 ago when land was still affordable down there and everyone was buying it up....The local realtor's were left with nothing to sale and started cold calling all the land owners...CSMarine was solicited at least twice a week by phone and mail for awhile

Other is he only wants calls from prospective buyers only

I don't believe it was meant in an offensive manner...

Not offended- I understand not wanting Realtors pestering you to list their property. Every new agent out there is told to call FSBOs. That means you get a bunch of newbies pestering folks who are just looking to sell their property.

But it always strikes me as funny when someone won't talk to a buyer I bring.

I would suggest raising your price a few thousand and offering to pay commission to agents that bring you a buyer. Over 80% of real estate transactions involve a Realtor. So your message could cut your market by 80%.

I don't have a buyer for you- but hope it sells soon!
