Launched at GA 32 public ramp saturday.
Before we could get out of sight of the bridge, the boy had 4 short fish in the boat.
This continued all morning with dad"Setting the hook like a girl"
and not catching anything.
He was yo-yoing the bass on a pins minnow.
I was trying to catch a quality fish and was throwing larger baits.
Ilost several "good fish" and only put one inthe boat.
On the other hand, Auston caught at least 20 wit a couple of 14's a couple of 15's and a 16" as a kicker, all on a Yozuri Pin's minnow.
All in all, great day on the river with my son.
Maybe, if your lucky, when you are very old he will take you fishing and bait your hook for you.
I've had my eye on one of those Pins Minnows at Wally World.
Ya'll ever use "Snap Beans"? I haven't, but they look like they might catch a fish or two.
Tried the snap beans this weekend.
Snap rings are too big for the plug, but I'll try them again when i take the time to remove said snap ring.
Looks like they would work for big bluegills.
How about them trick worms.
