I have been invited to go to 10,000 islands to snook fish this weekend. My dilemma is I have a NFGFC Redfish tournament this weekend. What should I do?

How many more tournaments will you get to be in(a bunch). How many more times might you be invited to go snook fishing @ 10K islands(???).

My vote is you are the TD and as such, are preobligated to be present at the tourney!

If you don't fish the NFGFC you won't get to see Goomer, Gober, Short Reel or Eerman....

On the flip side we won't have to listen to your gibber and harrassment...

I'd love to make up those 4 points for a bonus fish on you....go ahead and chase a snuke...

I'd go get snookered.

I'm actually surprised that ya haven't changed the location of the NFGFC tournament to the Naples golf and beach club... or perhaps the Marco Island marina You've gotten your self into one of them NO LOSE situations... your gonna have a great time either way

If your really in need, I have a pretty good gun case (foam lined) that would work for 2 or 3 rods provided you have two piece rods. I have one aluminum tube case that would work for a single (2 piece) and a plastic tube that would work for another single (2 piece).

Hey, potential temporary TD,bonus fish are worth 5 points. That is if you have at least 1 target fish.
You and Gomer were nastily beaten by 4 points because 49 points for 2nd place plus 5 points for a bonus fish =54 points.
This time you can only weigh 1 target fish. That should put some odds in your favor. You get to fish all day and onl;y have to catch 1 fish.

That's too many points in my opinion for a bonus fish....1st is 50, 2nd is 49 and 3rd is 48 and a bonus fish is worth more than the difference of all three positions together....

No thanks on the TTD, I think Sir Reel would make an outstanding alternative though.....
