I've been tying flies for a month now and this is the first break in the weather. Friday appears to be a solid "skip" day.

Now let the sun shine, the waters warm and the reds get skinny

.
FRIDAY
SOUTHEAST WIND 5 KNOTS...THEN BECOMING NORTHWEST WIND 5
TO 10 KNOTS LATE. SEAS 1 TO 2 FEET. PROTECTED WATERS SMOOTH TO A
LIGHT CHOP.
SATURDAY
NORTH WIND 5 TO 10 KNOTS. SEAS 1 TO 2 FEET. PROTECTED
WATERS SMOOTH. A SLIGHT CHANCE OF RAIN.

Wevans, where would one go to find grouper while this cold. I've got quite a few #'s but I've never really fished for them this time of year. Would you go deep and bottom fish or troll or stay shallow. Maybe try anything and hope you catch one.

I think it's a sure bet. A change of 2 degrees C is the ticket. Lee side of the wind, dark bottom, structure...
