Wrong URL.
The picture processor gives you the code to cut and paste into the post when you upload the photo.
If for some reason you don't get that right click on the photo and click "properties" and cut and paste the address of the picture into the tags.

got it but image is smaller and distorted? 50% of original size
got any tips that will help?
i see other posts that are large and look good.
i didn't see were i could adjust the size anywhere

The photos in your picture processer album are stored and displayed as thumbnails. Click on the thumbnail in the picture processer and enlarge it. Then right click on the enlarged picture to get the properties.
What was I supposed to do today?

Not sure about that site, but most photo sites will compress and degrade an images quality to make it smaller (less bandwidth)
