... but this is a good 'Cuban-style' steak. I call it Cuban steak at my house but we're not Cuban nor Cuban-American.

Marinade:
.25 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of McCormick Liquid (Grille Mates) Montreal Steak Seasoning
.5 tablespoon of dry Montreal seasoning
1.5 teaspoons of oregano leaves
.5 teaspoon ground cumin

Get the marinade ready in a freezer bag. Then put in your steak. I have been using 1.5-2lb top sirloin. Let this marinate in your fridge. A couple hours will do fine. Turn it over half way through.

Grill it however you eat your steak. I eat my 'Cuban' steak with black beans and rice (+ sour cream) as a side. Plenty of lime wedges too. I usually apply some Cajun Sunshine hot sauce or equivelent.

yum yum
