I'm a believer now , Jack. I figured out if you're not catching reds on a spoon, you're fishing where they ain't.

Smart man!! I know I have made a believer out of Pinfish Masterson.
He swore spoons were only good for cereal, and soup. :smt116

If both of you would anchor up and throw a jig, you'd catch a lot more reds. :-D

CHALK, I NEVER SAID I FISHED WITH THE SPOON. THE POOR SAP IN THE BACK OF THE BOAT WAS FITHING A SPOON. MY EIGHT DOLLAR SPINNER BAIT CAUGHT THE MOST AND THE BIGGEST.

AND BEFORE ANYBODY SAYS ANYTHING ABOUT EIGHT DOLLORS FOR A SPINNER BAIT (READ MY POST ON THE CHEAP SPINNER BAITS FROM BASS PRO SHOP)

THIS IS HOW YOU GET THE EIGHT DOLLAR SPINNERBAIT. BUY ONE CAJUN SPINER BAIT WITH THE HEAVY WIRE FOR 5$, TAKE THE HOOK AND BLADE OFF THE BASS PRO SHOP SPINNER BAIT THAT YOU PREVIOUSLY HAD AND WILL NEVER USE AGAIN (3$), AND ATTACH TO THE CAJUN SPIN = EIGHT DOLLAR SPINNER BAIT
