Lake Oconee Hybrids

Hi all,
Just returned from my annual Oconee fishing trip. Every year about this time the hybrids embark upon a false spawning run to the dam where it's relatively easy to catch good numbers of quality fish. Myself, my Dad, and my Uncle fished Friday and Saturday night with pretty good success. We used shiners and crappie minnows Friday night catching 10 fish. Saturday we used live shad and caught 8 more. The largest fish of the trip was 8 pounds followed by two seven and a half pounders with the remainder averaging five pounds. Incidentally, we also caught 2 crappies and 2 yellow cats. Here is our total catch
