Got the chance to go out of the LH with my wife today, hoping for the
warmer water to have things heated up.

Water temp had cooled down to 66 most places I fished, creek and flats.
But still managed to bring home a couple meals.

Image

First fish to the boat was a nice flounder as we quietly used the trolling
motor to get to the creek mouth. Deb hooked up to this nice 18 inch
trout pretty quickly. Followed by this frisky redfish, just shy of skillet size.

Caught a few more short trout and a couple small black drums.
Was nice to have a line stretched again, Great day on the water
with my wife.

Haven't heard from you guys lately. Glad to see your'e still fishing. Now that we have the Lady Angler of the Year program in the club it would be great to see ya'll fish some tournaments and your wife might win that award.
Who knows, you could win the mens division.
Ya'll give us another try.
