Sand bar at the Bird rack

Anyone know how low the tide needs to be for the spoil bars at the bird rack to be exposed?

I just happen on them on low tides- but are they exposed when Jerry's tide chart is at 1 or 0 or -1?

The wife likes to go out there and I get to fish while she watches the sun set.

Ususally it takes a really low tide like a -1.1 or a low tide combined with a stiff north wind. Most of the time on normal lows its still a few inches underwater.
