Wakulla River 4/27

Post by Charles »

So there I was, pulling into TnT to lauch the canoe and catch some fish, but wait. There's an eighteen-wheeler backed into the driveway and the driver and Bakertize are unloading brand new kayaks. Would it be rude of me to ride right on by, launch on his private ramp and leave my bike and trailer at his place while I fish? :smt017

So after we got the boats off the truck and where Bakertize wanted them and drank coffee and shot the breeze, I shoved off around 10ish.

Unfortunately the camera was packed away when the raccoon was foraging down the bank in the middle of the day and the memory card was full by the time I saw the 'gator.

No fish. What a waste of a day.

I hate you wasted your day that way. Maybe, if you had a job, you could spend your weekdays more productively. :-D
What was I supposed to do today?

I did ask Bakertize about that and he said they were just increasing the inventory. Although, he does have a couple of kayaks he's thinking of, or will be, selling, it's a personal thing and not part of the business.
