Nothing like going to the same spot you and a friend slayed em on Monday, and the guy that was watching you catch them down the beach walks up and says "Your spot is awesome, I caught 4 reds there today 17" 2x 24" and a 29".
I vote to change the saying "Winds blow out the west fish bite the best" to "Winds blow out the west catfish bite the best".
Anyway made lemonade from lemons and did manage about 10 keeper whiting.
Kinda windy out there!

Being seen is always a problem, whether you're wading or boating.

I started to post my satellite photo of him at his spot but then everybody would know where it was. I love the place too so I figured I'd just wait till he went again and meet him there.

Of course, and sadly, it wasn't me. I haven't fished for weeks. As close as I've been able to get to fishing is baiting people on-line. That's usually not good cause I start gettin ugly.
I've tried to train my wife to recognize the pattern so she anticipates it and expects me to be fishing. I have to go every 2 weeks at least.
Lord knows I've figured out her cycle.

Good report there 2ture.
Jest luck of the draw where and when ya drop a line. We've had no luck on the last 2 or 3 trips. It's makin me crazy...or maybe I'm already there.
Lit- I use to know my ex better than she did. As with Wat'ser name, she never figured mine out. Venus/Mars, I guess.
