The fish where not biting very good today, but Sea Gurl and I managed 3 Reds and "I think" around 10 Trout "5 over 20 inches" with Sea Gurl landing the big fish of the day, a Red that was just shy of 30 inches

and lost another that would have been close to that

I left the camera, so no pics "except the 30 incher, got my nephew ta take a pic"

I let SG take em all with her but the 20 inch Red that I plan ta cook up tonight

I fished mainly a Top Dog and she mainly fished a jig and Redfish Magic

Sea Gurl is a good partner. She knows how to fish.

Y'all done good. I might have to try it again in the morning.

Good deal, Wevans. Was the topwater trout bite pretty aggressive?

Here I am! With no computer at home I had to wait to post and Monday’s are hectic here at work.
Met up with Wevans at 6:15 AM, that’s AM , being the great morning person that I am

, I was up at 4:30 AM and arrived 5 minutes early. Saw a thunderhead near the airport light up the sky – wondered if this was a good idea.
Left Mashes Sands landing “took a left at the channel marker, then a right at another, then a right at anotherâ€
