Re: Nauti girls
20 mph from east, beats 20 mph from the SW! I'm sure a friend of ours was fishing in it. Was the tournament just for trout? That gal and her 61 yr old husband have fished together for 30-40yrs, Marco Island to Gulf Stream to Steinhatchee. She can fish every bit as good as any man...... she might eve...

Re: Migratory grouper?
Rhettley, I'm 62, I think you have hit it on the head. Can't say about those fish under 2 lbs, but I believe the others don't "migrate". The rough weather and water temps might send them wandering. Often wondered if they move any during episodes of Red Tide? Do they try to move, but don't ...

Re: Mysterious Windshield Condensation
There could be several reasons for the moisture on the windshield: 1. It's sucking moisture from the gulf and will eventually cause the ocean to dry up 2. You're driving through your neighbor's yard while his sprinkler system is running 3. You forgot to bathe and your windshield's eye's are waterin...

Re: SWAPPING SOME INFO
Pirate, thanks for the confirmation. Bayrunner22, also thanks for hooking us up with a fella who will bring some local knowledge on board. Now, if my friend in Macon can get his boat out the "Ethanol" repair shop! All of this makes me feel a little better about the out come. We aren't hard...

Re: SWAPPING SOME INFO
Thanks, but I'm old school. Would rather find some natural/non published fishing holes. Published stuff gets pounded by anyone and everyone and IMHO is often not as good as finding your own "Rocks". Those numbers off Steinhatchee came from nine years of "looking". They are: not p...

Glad to see someone is catching fish. Also, glad you were still in the boat when the 10 footer said "Hi, whatcha doin"!
Are those sea bass and 1-2lb grunts found as far west as Indian Pass? In 30,40,50,60,70 Ft?
Thanks for the report,

Re: SWAPPING SOME INFO
Have you fished natural bottom offshore of Indian Pass 50,60,70 feet? Just don't want to waste time, if there is no natural bottom. Not asking for any of your numbers. Also, I suspect that there is some natural bottom around 100-114' south of Indian Pass, with 3 miles that WW II wreck, Empire Mica. ...

Re: SWAPPING SOME INFO
Posted this a week ago, 155 views and zero comments? Indian Pass is the closest place to our recent retirement home. Guess it's a mystery out there? Got a friend in Macon who is coming down with his boat. I was hoping on showing him some decent fishin out of Indian Pass, rather than just boat riding...
