Tin, My finder showed plenty of large fish in every place we stopped but few bites. We had another fine fish break off when he hit the bottom but that was about it. You ever caught decent sheephead on any of those artifical reefs around that area? I've never tried for um but I'm entertaining the tho...

Ochlocknee 1/4/03
Left the ramp just before low tide with a former co-worker and his father-in-law and exited the river to find 2-3 footers with at least 12-15 mph winds. What happened to the 8 mph stuff? Made our way through the spray to a spot in 19 feet and anchored up in rougher 2-4’s with whitetops slapping th...

Yamaha Mechanic?
Looking for a reputable mechanic to check out my 115 4 stroke. I’ve done business with Big Bend in Perry and Bridge Marine in Carrabelle but just wanted to ask. I noticed a high pitched whining noise running back in this past Sat that has never been there before. Only makes the whine running full ...

Simple Green - Ever used it???
Just wondered if any of you guys have used Simple Green to clean your boat. I've been using it for a while now on the boat, truck, porch and pretty much anything that needs cleaning. I really like the stuff. It cleans stains, shoe marks, blood and fish guts and about anything else that you need to c...

I personally would be somewhat PO'D if this happened to me regardless of where the folks were from. GA, FL, SC, or Egypt you should show some respect and sportsmanship. The way I see it if you have only one place to fish you ought to be moving around looking for two. I dont take offense to what you ...

Another Good Report
The tide was a problem for me Sat morning launching at the Mashes Island public ramp at Ochlockonee for sure. Finally got unloaded and eased out to the river with the trolling motor but anyone with a steep-V can forget it near low tide. We trolled for about 3 miles SE of the bay toward some numbers ...

Econfina 10-14
The fishing is still tooouuugghhhhh!! JCFlats and myself eased out the river and by some strange force was pulled to the left. We started in 4-6 ft and JC caught a short trout pretty quick. After that is got pretty slow with only about 3 hookups and another short for the next couple hours. We moved ...

20 min
I carried a blind man last Sat and he limited in 30 mins.
TF, Call J.W. Hendley in Nashville, GA. He builds T-tops and about anything else you can think of for a boat. He is good at it too. If you can draw it he can build it. Try 229-686-7046. If this is not him this J.W. will give you his number. He lives about 3 miles East of Nashville....or you could ca...
