Re: Best spinning Reel for +-$120

I have two Penn Battles. One sounds like a grain mill and the other is smooth. I also have a Penn Conflict ($129.99 ) that I am really impressed with. I have had it for 3 years now and not a single problem. I must agree with others though. The NASCI looks and feels nice but, its too new to know how...

Re: Lake Jackson 27 ramp getting updates!

Does anyone know if this ramp is done yet? Is the ramp next to Shuckers Oyster Bar still in use?

Re: March 5th 2016 - NFGFC Tourney ROLL CALL

I am going to have to agree with Squirm88. I am sure the payment rule was created just so the officer could focus on fishing rather than collecting payments early in the morning. I joined a tournament last year thinking it would be fun. I expected to meet some new fisherman to gain and/or give knowl...

Re: New Boat New Trolling Motor New Questions

I'm another one that had a bad experience with the rubber bolts. I almost lost my whole trolling motor as it decided to break loose running in the channel. I will never use them again. Have you thought about cutting an access hole so you could reach the bolts? Could you cut a hole under the front la...

Re: Trout fishing this year

Below is a news release about the recovery of seagrass in Tampa Bay. I wish we could all get together and do something like this. This may be why they call us the "Forgotten Coast". http://www.tampagov.net/sites/default/files/stormwater/tampa_bay_seagrasses_meet_and_exceed_goal_news_releas...
