New guy here

Hey guys im Wes i puchased a 88 procraft 18' fish and ski with a mariner 150 about 3 weeks ago.. which is currently at porter marine(great guy every guy at the docks i go to recomends him) getting carbs rebuilt .. fishing has always been part of my life my father was a professional bass fisherman when i was younger so ive done plenty of bass fishing.. some of you fathers out there keep taking you son or daughter fishing they will thank you later in life.. it taught me alot about patience and responsibilty.. and i plan on passing that fishing mentality to my son/daughter someday.. i also moved to tallahassee from naples fl and caught the saltwater bug fishing snook lights behind condos lol..you guys have a great informative forum going on here and i look forward to being a part of it..

I have a 86 procraft 18' fish and ski with a johnson 150 on it and you will like that boat.I love mine it is real versatile .I got it to haul the wife and 4 kids around the lake but have found that it is attracted to saltwater..I'll be ripping the carpet out of it and putting a epoxy floor on it this winter .I have to do something to get the gulp \ saltwater smell out of it lol.These are a great bunch of folks and have alot to say about everything ....Welcome to the board.
Watch out for the one who brings a spoon to a knife fight..he is either really stupid or really good with a spoon. <')))><

WELCOME TO THE FORUM, I AM (PA THE OLD MAN OF THE SEA), THE FISHING IS NOT WHAT NAPLES IS. I USE TO HEAD DOWN TO BOKELIA AND CATCH THOSE HUGE SNOOK IN THE PASS AT NIGHT, BOY THAT WAS SOME FUN, DON'T THINK I COULD HANDLE THOSE BIG SNOOK NOW. THE TROUT AND REDS ARE FAIR HERE IN THE BIG BEND AND IF YA GO OFF SHORE THE GROOPA ARE PRETTY GOOD. GLAD TO HAVE YA ON BOARD.
