Anyone know how the Pompano Bite is going?

I haven't heard or seen much about the Pompano this year.

On SGI I caught 14 over three days on the surf. At the cut they are thick and this AM was told the East Pass has them thick now as well. A week ago only Ladyfish was being caught there. Go pretty much anywhere on the gulf side of the island and set up. Sand Flea fishbites work the best. Baited with actual sand fleas and the fishbites were the only thing they were eating.
