Tournament Redfish Pen
300+ gallon tournament redfish pen. Can be used as-is (floating) or converted to a sinking pen. Will hold at least a dozen upper slot reds throughout the season with no problem. Not only does this pen allow you to save time and risk of not catching on tournament day, but it also allows trimmed tails to heal and "fattening up". I tried to use for kingfish but they kept dying. It is definitely better suited for the redfish (& trout) guys.
$100 or equal trade in cases of beer / bottles of crown. PM if interested.

Oh absolutely. I was certain one of the perpetual losers would want to step their game up with a great deal on this "must have" item.

Perhaps this would eliminate everyone's misunderstanding of culling fish in tournaments. You just catch and release via dip net...lo I love it

Yep. No need to cull when this stable is full of 8s.

rumor has it that he found this bin in one of Gary Droze's secret wading holes. This is how he pulls out 7+ pounders every tournament.

Not a bad deal.
I have the jumbo size and stock it with 6 -7 cobia for local cobia tournaments.
Recommend adding an oxygen system when you keep a lot of fish in it.

Ever manage to get independently wealthy, I sure want one of the jumbo ones to hold tournament cobes. If get the pen, I'm also planning to throw at least a bit of cash to a partner-in-crime willing to pull out the green tournament cobes for me.Big Bend Brian wrote:Not a bad deal. Strange things happen in the back of those creeks. Like they say, What happens in the creek, stays in the creek. Until it's time to weigh in.milto wrote:rumor has it that he found this bin in one of Gary Droze's secret wading holes. This is how he pulls out 7+ pounders every tournament.

I think Gary Droze could float around in that thing to keep the gators from nipping at his toes

Shoot, that big pen would be redundant for me...my best low tide redfish mudholes are only about 300 gallons and three feet across.
