after 13 years BlueSpinner inthe shop

well after 13 years i had to take the old girl to the shop , she has never left me on the water all ways made it back to the ramp
i have used my boat and taken care of it , and done my on work on it , there is something going on with it that these old hands
can't do any thing about it is a 2003 1720 Key West with a Yamaha 90 , it's like i have lost a good friend
One thing about the speed of light it gets here too early in the morning

I took it to Big Bend Marine in Perry Fl
Doc where did you get your boat
I think i am looking for a new one

That's where I take mine for service, and where they bought it. The Morgan's are good people. Dave the head mechanic is a good guy. Stopped what he was doing on Friday afternoon to take a call to help me trouble shoot something for this weekend. They will do you right

Hope things get fixed up for you.
Funny thing-- my motor quit over and over again on Friday at the end of the day, on my way back to the ramp.
Fuel starvation caused by ???
I'm takin it to the shop today.
I sold the Kayak about a year ago so I'm grounded

Many years ago when I finally separated from Albany dealers I started with Weyman at Jack's in Perry. Check with him on an Express. Tell him I sent you for a hefty discount! :)

Are you both running non-ethanol gas?

CC, should have kept the yak for a back-up/winter low tides. Glad I hung on to mine. Provides good exercise too.

Well, that can eliminate a lot of potential causes. Hope you and CC get your engine problems solved so you can get back out there soon. Those fish are cooperating with the early spring-like weather.

Just got a call from Big Bend Marine , boat is ready
it was fuel pump and lines
I was surprised to here from them ,they had said it would be 2 weeks before they could work on it
they worked on my steering also
but still think about a new boat
Nauticstar 2140 or 2200

Step on up! that got some pretty ones on the lot-looked and them this weekend-nice Frontier too-you should have no problem selling that Key West!
