Shields Marina in St. Marks. 850-925-6158.

They have a custom rigger and only use Sunbrella material.

Bonecracker, have you considered a t top. A pathfinder is way too nice of a boat for a Bimini, IMHO.

Our T-Top is one the the best things we put on our boat. Read up about the Pro's and Con's of each. We did and decided to go with the T-Top and never regretted that decision.

I have a 4 bow bimini frame that came off a 19' by 8' polar craft. You can have it if u like. Just needs canvas. Might not be worth the effort. I have no clue! If u don't want it, any member of this forum is welcome to have it. Bonecracker has first dibs on the frame until 5pm tomorrow. Pm if interested.

I will be honest with y'all, I like the boat as it sits and really do not want a T/Bimini Top of any kind but it is coming more apparent, trip after trip, that we need some form of sun protection for the kids. T-top is not in the budget but they sure do look good and do not hamper your fishing/casting. Here is what I am looking at in the $300.00-$500.00 range! Let me know what you think!!

I'd have the kids apply another layer of sunscreen and take a swim before I put either one of those on my pathfinder, just sayin.

Beach umbrella fits nicely in a rod holder.
To fish, or not to fish, . . . those are the answers.

Extra sunscreen and the beach umbrella are both excellent solutions that won't detract from the permanent look of your PF.

The links you provided are of less-than flattering accessories, IMO. Remember the Billy Crystal line from the early Saturday Night Live episodes? "It is better to look good than to feel good, my friend! And you look marvelous!"

I know one big knock on Bimini tops are the fact that they are really in the way for fishing. A lot of die hard boaters in the keys mounted their Biminis in the front, where less fishing goes on. I have even seen them mounted in the front along with T-Tops. That way the hot folks go to the shady front, out of the way!
People that catch a lot of fish fish a lot!
