Robinson Camp Rd., Lake Talquin launch

Hey guys,
I'm looking forward to taking the family out on the new boat at Lake Talquin this Saturday for some catfish and bass fishing and wanted to know if Robinson Camp Rd. was a public access ramp or private? Thanks for the help!

Last time I went down Robinson Camp Rd there was a sign saying the fee for that ramp was $3. I didn't use the ramp so I can't comment on the condition.
Lake Talquin Lodge is also near there and the ramp fee is $5.
