St. Croix Legend Inshore LIS76MLF Rod Wanted

Post by silverking »

I know it's a long shot since this series of rods was discontinued a couple years ago, but if anyone has a St. Croix Legend Inshore 7'6" Medium Light Fast rod that they're not using, I'd be interested in purchasing at a reasonable price.

I have a full set of these and would like one more in this model.

Located in Tallahassee. Will gladly pay for shipping if we can work out a deal.

Thanks.

Stradic is gone, so no trade possibility now. Still interested in buying a gently-used one. Although if you do own one you're probably in love with it like I am and would rather sell your first-born than part with this premium stick.

Found a couple on eBay. Bought another casting model and UPS delivered a crushed cardboard box with the tip in several shattered pieces. Hopefully the responsible shipping clerk is now flipping hamburgers at McDonalds.

Good luck in your search. I've been looking for a Fenwick Saltstick SSGS70MST for about 7 years, ever since a member of my family who shall remain unnamed broke off the tip while fishing for neighborhood cats with a hookless artificial worms. Cats love rubber worms dragged across the road, especially at night under a street light. (Can you say bored out of his gourd?)

I think Huck Finn won one last night at the NFGFC raffle. He might want to sell it.

Dom Bernardini with southern custom rods makes mine. Sc3 blank. Better priced than the store and made however you want it! He's got some boat stuff in for sale. Pm him.

Have talked to Dom and I've heard he builds some nice really sticks. I was looking for another complement to the St. Croix Legend Inshore set I already own. Thanks though.

All my rods are built on the st. Croix sc3 blank. Same blank, just customized to your specs

He can build on any blank you want, I can't see the extra $ for the sc4 or sc5.
