We just smoked a deer ham about a month ago. Brined it overnight in saltwater/molasses combo then put it on the smoker for about 12 hours at 150-200 degrees.
Do you know any good body shops in town??

"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".
