Capt. Charlie is right on target about Oyster Bay. Learn the bay well before attempting on your own. Nevertheless, I don't care how well you think you know the bay, an oyster bar will find you one day.

A friend and I were floating the flats to the north of Steinhatchee a couple of years back and one of us hooked a short trout. The small trout didn't come through the un-hooking process quite so well and when he was thrown back, he unfortunately stayed on top of the water, eventually floating about ...
