I'm not a qualified mechanic but I think you have an issue with your bearings/crankshaft. Outboards have bearings just like any other engine. Whatever damage that has been done will be worsened by any attempt to crank this engine.

Hay man you ever thought about adding nos to that boat. Im sure ray williams can help you hook it up. The hole shot should be better!
