top water plastics
Top water worms are a good way to fish, early and late in the day. Love to fish the horny toad but it is a little to fast when the water is 85 degrees. I used to fish "Charlie's" high floaters, 7 and 10 inch, but no one seems to carry them anymore. Any feedback on floating plastics available in this ...

Re: Spring Creek
The creek about 45 degrees left across from the ramp? The water will be .6 at 10:45 am, does that leave enough to get out of there?

Spring Creek
I was going to put my 14' Tarpon in at daylight but have never fished out of the Spring Creek ramp. I here there is a cover charge, thats alright, but which way would you go, left or right from the ramp. I have looked closely at the great ramp track on FCKA.net and looks like going right from the ...

going to Jax
Headed over to Jax to heip my parents out with a few things and I thought I'd take my new Tarpon 14 and a spoon along just in case I can get away. They live on the southside, towards the beach. Any tips on where to put in on the intercostal or the like?

Lake Jackson Fr.15
It's been a couple of weeks since the weather has warmed up enough to go out. My buddy Danny had four dozen shiner minnows, he bought last week. He started feeding them grits and kept them lively til fr. He was all set to catch a mess of paper mouths and I just wanted to get out on the water. After ...

Bose Wave for the boat
Bose Wave machine, almost new, one cd. am./ fm. model. Might be just the thing for cabin. Everything you've heard about the sound is even better. I don't use it but once in a while, comes with remote. Trying to pay some bills. $250 ..

Re: Wading St.Teresa
I found one on line a Cabellas. Foam ring with deep net for catch. It has two rod holders buckled on either side of the ring, and two small plastic tackle holders strapped on top of both sides of the ring, and about a five foot leash. The best $20 value I ever found. If the weathers rough, you can ...

Re: Wading St.Teresa
I enjoy wading with a float ring, but I usually start at Leonard's Landing on
Alligator harbor and it's a long haul wading to wilson or St. Teresa beach. Is there a safe place to park up 98 or just take your chances on the side of the road
