Re: Marsh sand panacea tickets
This weekend they had the law there. Only letting 25 to the beach and only allowing boat launch if there was a slot open to park. No one allowed to launch and park on the road.

Re: Marsh sand panacea tickets
I don't see a ton of people on that path, but every morning and evening there are walkers and joggers and it is nice to have. It also is nice because it gives more room when two large boats meet each other. Rarely see bikes, more golf carts (which are NOT supposed to use it). I don't think it is a l...

Re: Panacea trout
Nice. I've been hitting the turkeys hard and not been thinking about fishing, but fixing to head down soon. Nice work and good pics.

Re: Flats reports???
You sure they were Flamingos? The reason I ask is that I have seen Roseate Spoonbills in St Marks several times and from a distance they look alike.

Re: Outboard Diagnosis
Did it sit up for any length of time over the cooler weather with a less than full tank? I have been told that the warm cold cycles can condense the water vapor in the tank as a possible source of water in the tank. Sounds like you had a lot more than that though.

Re: gobble...gobble..
Then this past Saturday my son and I put the moves on a bird from a pretty long ways away. We had set up on one on the limb and heard this one in the distance. The near bird was called away by hens (we could hear them clucking as they left). But this one gobbled and we moved into the bottom he was i...

Re: gobble...gobble..
Fast forward 3 days and talked my brother into an afternoon hunt on private land. He scored. I was only a couple hundred yards from him when I heard the boom.

Re: gobble...gobble..
Been off work for a week and been real busy. Turkey season has been good for my crew so far. I have heard the boom 4 times this year (3 of them I was either on the gun or sitting next to the shooter). Opening was the bird above. Then scored the next weekend when my nephew killed one with my muzzlelo...

gobble...gobble..
I had a fun opener. Saturday morning, nothing at first light other than one gobbling like crazy, but he was closer to my nephew than me and I figured he would chase him. He did - called him in to 27 steps, gobbled 100 times and his dad missed him! My son and I were about 6-700 yards away and heard t...

https://www.heraldtribune.com/photogallery/LK/20180813/PHOTOGALLERY/813009987/PH/1 Interesting. I wonder if the alterations in waterflow in south and central florida is a contributor? I recall episodes of it as a kid in the 60's north of Tampa area. There have certainly been severe cases long before...

Re: SW Fl trout, redfish, snook catch and release order exte
Why? Do most folks hire guides to put more meat in the freezer? Or do you mean lower stock numbers will lead to fewer fish and making it harder for guides to book trips? Just curious. Not addressing you specifically, just the whole "I can't keep my limit so why fish?" mentality. If I have ...

Re: 2020 Fishing Goals
2. Catch a B. Drum Seriously, hit me up in the summer. I can't promise you will catch a big one, but you will see a mess of them and get some chances. Kayak would be best as it can be skinny and we can get in tight. And I have a spare. If you want to do it with a fly, I will let you use the one tha...
