Re: Trailer Lights
I bought an inexpensive set of LEDs from Walmart last summer that included the wiring set. So far so good all are still working great. I think replacing the lights and wires will give you better results than just the lights.

Hit first spot tossed out a live shrimp under a CTand was quickly rewarded with a catfish. Thought it might be one of those days, but a bad day on the water is better ...

Took the family on Saturday. Put in at the Fort around 8 and got our limit cleaned by lunch and enjoyed the great weather. Found them on three stops in 4 ft.

Planning to fish the rivers on Saturday. Does anyone think there may still be fish out on the flats, do to the warmer than normal temps and the influx of fresh water in the rivers from recent rains?

St Marks 11/27
Got a late start, but with the tides and the wind, we were in no hurry. Launched a the Fort around 11:30 and headed to the mouth of the river. Had my brother in law from Atl along for the trip. His first to St Marks. We stopped at the oyster bars and found a spot between all the others. Tried there ...

Re: Had to do a double-take
Best ladyish recipe ever!:
1. Immediately cut into one inch chunks.
2. Lay chunks out on ice cest lid in sun.
3 If drifting, place chunk of fish on 3/0 circle hook 18"-24" below a popping cork, if anchored switch the popping cork out for a lead sinker.
4. Hope something better tasting comes along ...

Minn Kota I-Pilot
Starting a Christmas wish list early and I need a new trolling motor for a 16ft Scout. Has anyone upgraded to the I-pilot system from Minn Kota and how do you like it? Does the anchor feature work well? Thanks,

Re: Panacea 5/6
Got on the water about 12:30. Caught fish at a slow and steady pace and managed a few keepers along the way. Keepers were caught on live shrimp under CT.

Re: Why the bite turned off ??????
We fished the St. Marks yesterday with no luck. I thought the same, that the bite had turned off, however a group of guys next to us kept hauling fish in and I didn't see any one else catching at the same rate. The big difference was they had live bait (shrimp). We checked with several others we saw ...
