lake iamonia def has a good area to tube...however, I wouldn't as much put my feet in that water...just went today and saw 4 or 5 gators...including a beast 100 yrds from the ramp. Not to mention the snakes...but im sure people do it with no problem...just not for me

didnt this show used to have a region report that was actually our region? i mean...now it goes from tampa to apalach..and the guide is from tampa and guides a lot even south at boca grande pass...we pretty much get jipped...i wait for our region report and its always about snook or offshore around ...

yeah, cant remember time of year id see the carp out there...
i rip up about 5 or 6 pieces of bread, let em float around for a bit....if i dont see anything, i go back to just focusing on bass...
but keep bringing some cheap bread out there, cuz when they are around, its fun...

thanks for the advice, think the 3rd time was a charm fishing out there....
went saturday and monday am to iamonia...
Saturday, went with a buddy of mine and we cruised over the lillies to find pockets of open water....we combined for 20-30 bass....nothing big all under 2 lbs...but ...

carp fight like a red fish....i thought same as you before i caught one.
If on finger with docks...best bet is off wooden dock, walk to end of wooden dock and throw staight out...(there is a little trough there) and since water is low, maybe it will be holding some fish since its a little deeper ...
