Re-Carpet Trailer Bunks
Hi, I need to re-carpet the bunks on my trailer. Thinking this was a project that would require more "will than skill" I did it myself once already and was satisfied with my work until my replacement carpet started coming off just a couple months later. Like EVERY experience since buying a boat, I ...

Re: Best place to buy crawfish?
This is an older topic, but in case people are still looking, I moved to Tally after spending five years in New Orleans and developed a pretty bad crawfish habit. I've been looking around to find somewhere to get good hot boiled crawfish ever since. Koosh's is pretty good, they only do them hot ...

Re: Carrabelle 5/7
Yeah, even though the big fish swam away without a photo, the girlfriend still had a great time just getting him up to the surface. She said her heart was beating so fast she had to sit out for a bit and gather herself. I'm pretty sold on braid though. Light tackle isn't so light anymore. I just ...

Carrabelle 5/7
I had a buddy get a 43# Cobia off of C tower last week so I decided to head out to see if any of his luck had stayed behind. Re: in need of advice for shell point
Those same flats right in front of Shell Point use to be very productive for me. Reds, trout, and even a nice 40lb. Cobe two years ago, around this time of year. May want to have an eel rig handy. Good luck!

Re: Carrabelle inshore advice?
I'm happy to learn about even the tourist spots, I'll give everywhere I hear about a shot so feel free to keep sending the spots that everybody (except me apparently) knows about and thanks all for the advice so far.
Also, I'll look into joining NFGFC, even if it mostly for the meetings for now as ...

Carrabelle inshore advice?
Hi everyone, just registered today. I'm originally from Nebraska but moved to Tallahassee about ten years ago, hence, "Tallybraska". After fishing with buddies for several years, in 2007 I decided I wanted more trouble and expense in my life and to accomplish that I would need to buy my own boat ...
