Re: Radio Frequency?

  We almost always do a radio check on channel 16. Doesn't hurt. We also keep the radio on and listen. We have headed out with a "person missing in water in the rock garden" to help search, but they found him/her. We at least heard the call and were in the vicinity so hea...

I usually don't keep it on,JT, but would like to know most every trip that I'm getting out. Also explains why I couldn't raise you one day at Ecky when I knew you were there in the sled. I even introduced myself at the ramp! :D

Radio Frequency?

What channels can I get an automated radio status check on? And is there a certain channel that I can hail BBF members on because either 1)I'm not getting out 2)you are ignoring me,lol 3) y'all are too busy tearing up the fish(so unless you're J.Dice or S.Taylor, probably not)

Sand Trout??

Buddy of mine slammed the "sand trout" today and I'm headed down myself in the am....How good are these for table fare compared to the speckled trout we normally catch? They caught 7 keepers of those also. Looks like the bite is picking up pretty good. :D
