Me and a buddy decided to give the lighthouse area try again. we hit the water around 8 and threw the cast net for some pin fish and any other bait we could use for cut bait. that is a very interesting way of going about it and thats why im going fishing this saturday because sometimes those wind predictions are completely bs. I have had days were it was supposed to be blowing at 3 knots and it ended blowing at 15 knots with 25 knot gusts. so if i were you dave id just ...

cool, that sounds like pretty interesting profession. once i get some money saved up i might have to contact reel cowboy about a custom rod because im tired of compromising on rods that have a good backbone but poor action and vice versa.

got get you a 7 foot m or mh st croix avid avs series rod with a shimano stradic 4000 or daiwa td-advantage and you will not be disapointed. id suggest a fin-nor megalite reel becouse they had the smoothest drag around but they dont make them anymore.
