Dumb question, is O-tower in state or federal waters? What about K-tower?
I want to hit some more snapper this weekend so I'm just trying to figure out how far I can get out to without getting busted for being out of state water.

20 ft of water and still pulling up nice gags? I thought they've all moved into much deeper water by now? Where abouts (don't want numbers) were ya if you don't mind me asking?

Good spots for grouper fishing?
I am new to this end of the gulf (grew up in central/south Florida on the gulf side) and I don't know of any good points to hit for grouper fishing up here. I'm planning on heading out Saturday and would like to know of some wrecks/reefs out there.
