Heading out for a day of fishing tomorrow out of St Marks. We're going to need some pinfish to feed the Cobia. Anyone know the best spots for pinfish this time of year?

Has anyone seen or heard of Cobia yet out of St Marks? It's got to be any day now I think.

Is everyone else struggling with all the floating weeds in the water as much as I am? For the past two months, every time I try to fish the east flats, black rock, etc. I struggle like hell to keep my popping corks/gulp shrimps free from the weeds. We went out this morning and moved after fishing ...

What in the world is going on with this weather? It's been consistently raining for the past 3 weeks now. Maybe it's time to move cause this sucks.

Nice, those are some good looking fish. Glad to hear they're in town. Did you spot the Cobia on top or catch em below the surface?

We left out of St Marks last weekend and didn't see any Cobia. I noticed the water temp was 70-71F which is about 5 degrees warmer than 3 weeks prior. We fished the St Marks Reef, Wakulla Reef, and trolled around further south. We caught some decent Sea Bass but certainly not Cobia.

I remember in years past we would catch stuff over the St. Marks Reef - mainly sharks but a Cobia every now and then. This year it seems hard to even catch a shark. Seems strange and was wondering ...
