I am looking for a place in or near Tallahassee that may sell spears I could use on mullet and flounder. If any of you have any tips on this it would be great, also any photos of spears you make have used. I am not interested in those 3 prong heads, something inexpensive and decent.

I live in Tallahassee and I would like to inquire about Spiny Lobsters. Are we too far north for these? if not what areas would be good to look for them?

Any suggestions for the best area to fish at? Last time I posted about fishing Dog Island someone suggested "98" as they thought water too cold. I suppose they meant fishing near the 98 Bridge near Carrabell River?

Just letting you all know we fished Bay-side on Dog Island this holiday using mainly Gulp white shrimp. Very few hits, I caught 3 Trout in a row but had to throw them all back as they were too small. Caught 2 keeper flounders.

Saw nice sized Mullet schools in the late afternoon under several docks ...

I contacted the owner, he stated he had major hack issues and turned off the registration link. He turned it on for me so I could register.

I am now official on both sites!
