Went out to alligator point on the public beach past the rocks and got no bites (10/1). But Two weeks ago did fairly well at bald point state park. 2 small Reds both on gulp/cork and a lady fish.

Been out 3 times now - nothing! Had one nice explosion in deep pads using a hollow body frog but ultimately lost the fish due to hang up despite using 60lb braid and a heavy cover rod. Its actually a 14.5 tandem that I have setup for solo. I love it though and i'm really glad I opted for the longer boat because I assume it tracks better and paddles faster.
