Beautiful day on the water. Poor cooperation from the fish however. I was very surprised to bring an alligator gar up to the boat. Has anyone seen or caught a gar out on the flats????

I'm heading to PC next month for a few days and planning on bringing my 18' boat. Does anyone know of any near-shore reefs or where to get a chart of the local spots. I found a chart of the area depths but not of any natural or artificial structures.

Without giving away too many secrets...can anyone tell me where to catch some live bait off of Mashes Sands. I'm spending too much time trying to track down a live pinfish. The frozen stuff just isn't the same.

Do you generally use a wire leader when trolling the Stretch 25's and 30's?? I usually dont, but lost 2 lures today.
Oh, and if anybody finds a Penn Longbeach with a Penn 330 with a silver Stretch 30 attached somewhere near the Wakulla OAR reef. It's mine. Dang thig jumped right out of the boat ...
