Me too. Is the suggestion here that the U.S. should be like Korean, Iran, Saudi Arabia, China, etc....? I always thought our country was great because we did have open borders and followed our own lead, not the lead of some of the most repressive countries in the world.

Re: Parkway Marine...
I cannot say enough good things about Parkway Marine. I have taken my truck there for years (at least 6 years so far), my wife's car and the kid's cars. My truck now has over 140,000 miles on it and is still running strong. Fred and Quinn are very fair, intelligent and have on some occassions gone ...

Re: A picture is worth a 1000 words!!!!!
Is there a point to this post?? So some folks wear ignorant clothing and they represent their entire race? Ever seen a white Gator fan in jorts?
I also agree that there should be a test for voting. Then I would assume that there wouldn't be as many people voting for a VP candidate with an IQ a few ...

Re: BB's first Ecky report of the year (PICS GALORE!!)
Great pics and terrific report! The trout and reds were impressive enough, but to throw in two keeper cobia......that trip is down right inspiring. Now excuse me while I go plug in the battery charger and check the tides.

Re: Boat Length?
Thanks for the responses. I am currently considering a G3 and when you go from a 18' to a 19', the difference in the beam and interior space is noticeable. You also go from a 60hp to a 90hp (4 stroke), both have trim and tilt. Of course you run a bit deeper, but probably nothing worth worrying about ...

Boat Length?
I am in the process of looking for a new boat and want to go with an aluminum jon boat. I really want to focus on inshore as in bars and creeks. Does anyone have an opinion (Boy there is an open question!) about an 18 ft. versus a 19ft. jon boat? I am leaning towards the 18 ft. because of price and ...

Nice trip and report, but be careful out there, multi-tasking is for work not fishing!
