I really don't know what it is worth. It would be nice to get out of it what I have in it, however, I'm not a great salesman and I have to admit that it doesn't have much value to me as it is.
Have your people contact my people, make an offer, offer a trade, use colorful metaphors to describe my ...

Now I'm seeing 5-10 and 1-3 ft - smooth to light chop ipw. I don't know if ive ever seen 1-3 as a prediction for seas. Maybe they should say 0-25 winds seas 0 to 7 calm to rough in protected waters. 100% chance of weather. :smt015

Chesapeake Light Craft 17LT Sea Kayak

In a former life...I began to build a wooden sea kayak from CLC boats. I completed the hull only. Through job changes and moving around the country I have lost interest in the project. This is a "stitch and glue" Okoume hull. very light weight and supposedly fast. If anyone is interested in making ...

I'd never been on the water in the forgotten coast till the last weekend in February of this year. In fact, the closest I'd been was a business fishing trip in Applachicola Bay about 5 years ago. I've been learning allot though and have had much luck this year. Growing up around Dauphin Island South ...

Thaks for the direction. How often do you loose one on a rock or something and how do you handle grass ( floating and bottom)? ...I know..I'm just like a child..lol When I've tried to pull them around here I can't seem to get them to stay down. I'll keep trying though.

I agree. Pure waste of time. That is so silly that if it were true, then you might be able to catch one on a catch 2000. Ridiculous!!!!

I've never caught a grouper trolling. I've caught King on the 30's out of Mobile but that is about it. I'll keep trolling for a kind hearted fisherman to give me a lesson though. Keep in mind that I'm a generous student of the art :D ! Sometimes you just have to see it to get it. I'm a firm believer ...

Sorry no pictures. Went out with a buddy for the first time in several weeks to show him how to bottom fish. We started around Oak Island and picked up a couple nice keeper specks until we decided that the weather would allow us to ride out a bit. We headed to the Rotary area and found some bottom ...

Flounder, Reds, and Rays

Anyone see all the ( I think spotted eagle rays ) rays jumping out of the water on Saturday? I think we saw 15 to 20 jumps around Rotary Reef including a few huge rays swimming next to the boat. Our day was catching bait east of the SM Lighthouse around 6:30, Catching a few flounder at St. Marks ...
I started to run back in along with 5 or 6 other boats running from the weather. West of us (where TC's report came from) I think the weather may have been more suitable.
Take it from one of those 5 or six other boats...the weather to the West was not much more suitable ...

Good Job. I grew up on and around Dauphin Island and was there about three weeks ago and limited out on king macks. Looks like you tried Dixie Bar for your big reds? Drifting croakers across the bar? I would have loved to fish the rodeo this year but couldn't afford it. My dad still lives on the ...
