Re: Newbie Question

Try the TFO NXT series "Lefty Krel Signature".
I've got the 9footer with reel and it's a great setup.
Most of my fly fishing is freshwater on the Chipola River, and the red-bellies are a lot of fun in the early morning.

A Government big enough to provide you with everything you need, is a Government big enough to take everything you have.

Re: Rifle Scope

Thanks for the recomendation to go to So. Ga. Outdoors Sea Dawg .....
Went this morning, met Adam and Heath, got excellent service, a great deal on a scope and left with more than I originally went for. Kinda like going to the grocery store when you are hungry ......
Great store, Great Service ...

Re: Good Tuesday Morning-Election Day

I'll be glad when all the commercials and robo-calls are over and done with, but I'm a little concerned about the big outcome. It's kinda like gruntin worms ... you are on your knees, making a lot of noise and hoping for the big one.

Post some pics and more details when you get a chance. I am interested.
Need something to run the Chipola River with, my 18.5 Tournament V Bass Tracker is just too big. :(

Sounds like a pretty good success overall, just sorry I couldn't make it.

I am looking forward to the next meeting (11-14) 'cause I have a couple of questions on rigging an anchor trolley system.

Thanks for the update

Looks like it might have been a late meeting or everyone got hung up in the cantina.
Figured there would be a post here from last night describing the organizational meeting........ so I gotta ask.......How did it go?

Sounds like a great idea to me too.
If we can keep the meeting in TLH, it sure would make it a lot easier to attend

Steve: Always catch 2 fish, and tie the small one on the far end of the stringer and rig with big hook. :-D

Fishbag or collapsable cooler sounds like it might work for you if you have enough room either inside the cockpit, or on the deck to "bungie-down".
