Re: Free stuff
Is the prop for a 25 2 stroke different than a 25 4 stroke? If not I’ll take it. Will check the #s on mine when I get home. Let me know where to pick it up. Thanks.

Re: Mexico Beach; Where to Catch Pinfish
Not a normal launch for me, but plenty of pinfish on the grass flats inside the tip of CSB.

Re: Big day
Congrats Gents. Great day with family. The bulls do seem to be around right now. Took our boys popping for trout a couple weeks ago and found the bulls as well.

You’re right in the mix of good fishing. Bring a kayak, canoe or any small vessel you can. Will open up worlds of opportunity

Re: Tournament Question: Seeking Input
I’ve fished and directed 26” tournaments. As director I liked it b/c I don’t like being handed illegal fish at the scales and so many folks seem to have trouble measuring…you don’t have to disqualify a team, just a fish, if you’re handed a 26.5” fish.

Re: Tournament Question: Seeking Input
If overslot were allowed that would change dynamics a lot. Much different catching bulls in the pass than working a flat. Would definitely be a length tournament vs a weight tournament. Also would require connecting with everyone shortly before launch to hand out tokens that would need to be ...

Re: Tournament Question: Seeking Input
Great thread! Directing tournaments is really difficult. I fished the pensacola Bud-lite rodeo and couldn’t participate, but it sounds like a great tournament. Good luck. Hope to fish it next year.

Haven’t targeted them yet, but have spoken with some folks that have caught them already. RedBeard posted pics of a couple. Cobia are here thick so TT should be prevalent as well. Good luck

Re: Apalachee Bay Questions
Don’t be tricked into believing topwater is only a morning game. Launched in psj this morning. Dozens of trout and 3 reds before a storm chased us off. All on top. Boat cleaned and back at the cape by 12

Re: Apalachee Bay Questions
Should also mention the state park ramp doesn’t open until about 7:30. Even an annual pass want get you in earlier. Thought for the serious angler in summer.

Re: Apalachee Bay Questions
All sjb ramps are open. Still not full parking in the state park, and I believe they’re only allowing about 30 trailers to park there each day. If headed to SVI I would launch Indian Pass or under the bridge in Appalach. Neither is problematic for a Pathy.
