What are the fishing-related uses of super glue on the flats? Saw a show on TV where the guy had a bottle of super glue on the boat...

To keep your weight less jerk bait on the hook or any soft plastic.

Some folks use it to repair soft plastic baits and also to secure knots when using braid.

You pin a soft plastic on a bait then give it a drop of glue? This works? Just wondering.

It works great when you need stitches and want to keep fishing!

I use it on most of my line to leader knots, don't know if it helps or not, but I hardly ever, if ever, have a leader break off at the knot. Its cheap and has other uses on the boat to, broken sunglasses, popped out ring in a guide, etc...
