1. The best time to go is when you can.

2. It's only gonna get better.

What TC said. Go when you can, it's always a good time to get out of the house.

I agree...any day is a great day to be on the flats....

but....with that said, I only have a limited amount of vacation time to get down there.....and with church activities and other stuff I have going on, that narrows down what time I do have even more.....grew up down there (Valdosta/Hahira) and could be in perry real quick.....now it has to be more planned out.....and is normally the case..."the locals" are the best places to go to get info and predictions......

sure we will have a great time....and will post as soon as I get back

MOST OF THE FISH I HAVE CAUGHT RECENTLY HAVE BEEN WAY UP IN THE CREEKS, AND THERE FINIKY. I KEEP TRYING OUT ON THE FLATS AND POINTS, THEY ARE THERE BUT NOT IN GOOD NUMBERS. IF I HAD LIMITED TIME I WOULD WAIT A COUPLE OF WEEKS.
