I'm working on a new subdivision on Lake Talquin.

Barry, ComfortCreek looks like one heck of a project? What's the going rate for 2-3 acres creekside (the 6' deep section of creeek)? For future reference :roll:

Thanks Brian-
The Interior lots start in the 80's
The Creek lots in the 150's
and Lake lots at 275

No Build out date, You can bring your own builder, 1500 sf minimum

Looks Like I have my fist builder committed. Can't go public with a name just yet. But they build a nice home.

We go "public" in a couple of weeks.
