Put in about 1:00 pm. Fished east and shallow for over an hour with no bites at all. Had to salvage the day so we went to some rocks in 10 feet and found a few bites. No trout though.

Off the water by 6 and the wind was howling. Water temp was around 70 every place we went and water was clear. All fish caught on straight jigs with glow tails.

I 2nd that dayum!!!! The trout bite was real slow yesterday out there too.....thought it was just me We did manage 2 keepers just outside Black Rock. That sure is a nice red though That would definately make up for a slow day trout fishing.
