Bad Hair day - 03/23/07

Post by Chalk »

I decided I needed to go to church to see a Saint for some much needed deep thought, maybe some repenting, maybe a confession or three   , so I took off work looking for salvation. For those that had to work (spreading mulch, Barhopr  ) or couldn't go for what ever reason you gave me, lets just say you missed a good service   .

I slide the Ghost Rider into the mighty gulf and headed off with a mission to try some new lures and explore some new areas. My plan was to work east using the sun and wind to my advantage in the morning.

I fished a few spots, didn't see any action, so I moved on to some more spots. Finally found some good-looking potholes and immediately started putting some nice trout in the boat. I continued following this pattern all day and managed to boat 25 trout with only two being under 15" and the rest being 17-19 inches and one over 20 inches. I probably lost another 15, several being over 20â€
